the Bellarine by Coach

We are currently trialing a new service out of Portarlington that gives people visiting the Bellarine a guided tour of the stunning Esplanade through the towns of Indented Heads, St. Leonards, Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale. Tom, Kevin and Angus have been training themselves up on the rich history of the local area to pass on the knowledge to people visiting the area, whom the bulk of are arriving by ferry from Melbourne. Part of the guided tour focuses on how European settlers arrived in Indented Heads and came across William Buckley, an escaped convict who had been living with the Aborigines for 32 years. We also visit two amazing lookouts of the rip between Point Nepean and Point Lonsdale, known as one of the most dangerous stretches of water in the world. We would encourage everyone living locally or from a far to come and learn about the history of the Bellarine, whilst enjoying a day out on a luxury coach. Bookings are essential and can be made Right Here
